IronHi can be taken daily for a minimum of 3 months for effective increase in haemoglobin. However, duration depends on your iron needs or as recommended by healthcare professionals.
Can IronHi be taken by men?
Yes. While women have higher iron needs, but men who are recommended to take iron supplements or show haemoglobin levels lower than 14 grams per deciliter can also use IronHi.
Is IronHi safe for adolescents (post 18 years)?

Does IronHi cause constipation?
